About us

Our History

Formerly known as Sears Manor, Sears Coastal Nursing & Rehab is a 100-bed skilled nursing facility located in Brunswick, Georgia.  The late Claude Sears and his wife Gloria of Nahunta,  Georgia purchased Sears Coastal Nursing & Rehab in 1976 with a heritage of caring and providing quality care to the seniors of Coastal Georgia.  Crossroads Medical Management, owned by William C. Davis Jr., nephew of the late Claude and Gloria Sears, began managing the facility in 2004.  Not only does Sears Coastal have strong family values and ties to the Brunswick community, but also a family of employees who are committed to providing each resident with the highest quality of care.  Our facility has embarked on a journey to create a home-like environment for its residents based on service and excellence.  The fundamental pillar of Sears Coastal Nursing & Rehab was built on quality, growth, and southern hospitality!
